The Little Things
It’s the little things about you
that makes me love you so.
Like the way you look at me.
It sets my heart aglow.
How you hold me close
and comfort me when I am really sad.
Even when you say the wrong things
and you make me so mad.
Every wrinkle that lines your face.
The smile that brightens my day.
Even when you are tongue tied
and can’t find the right words to say.
It’s just those little things
that I look forward to in my life.
I am so glad I married you.
So glad you made me your wife.

This was written for some married friends of mine. The wife was telling me how much she loved her husband and I just had to write about it.
